A Hampshire Family Kitchen goes traditional with a Feature Island.
This family kitchen was designed as a heavy traffic area that would allow teenagers and parents to use the space for family living. An internal wall was removed and flooring materials were varied to zone the kitchen from the living space. A number of interesting details were used to give a softer more traditional feel, using d-cup handles and rich toned granite. A marine blue was chosen to contrast from the calico cabinetry. A mix of lighting was used including the three hanging pendant lights.
